Very systematic and cunning scammers

They took $580.00 and never delivered. They seem to know exactly how to scam - charming promises on delivery dates and then nothing. They pulled the money out of my PayPal account telling them it was shipping but told me it was back ordered. And then back ordered again, etc. etc. until, interesting, the 60 day rebuttle time is up from when your bank can ask for the money back. Wow! They've done this a lot of times. It's so slick you can't even feel it. Buyer beware. As it's past the date where my bank could do anything, I contacted my local TV station who loves to investigate this kind of thing and report it. This is where it stands at the moment.

Never Received Order

I placed an order on August 10 for a light fixture. The company billed American Express immediately and I stupidly paid the bill BEFORE receiving the item. The light fixture never arrived after countless promises. I called American Express and they are crediting the amount back to me and contacting BathKitchenDecor to investigate. The owner always assured me that the order was on its way, but then grew silent when I tried to cancel the order and get a refund. Thank God for American Express. They are the only company I use for online orders because they take care of you in the event of a scam. Do NOT order anything from BathKitchenDecor. Wish I had done my homework before placing this order.

Update to my review - never received any further communication from this horrible company. American Express issued me a full refund and has taken over the matter.

I am going to call the New Jersey Better Business and file a complaint and then see if New Jersey has a Consumer Affairs dept like Virginia has where you can file complaints and they initiate an investigation.

I may start a Facebook page dedicated to other consumers who have been ripped off by BathKitchenDecor so other victims can post complaints. Bottom LIne - I want to cause this company as much aggravation as possible.

I ordered a mirror on August 10,2014 and as of Nov. 4th have not received!

Pissed too! Finally reached someone 2 seperate times and both times was told it would be shipped out on a Friday! It has been 3 weeks since our last conversation and still no mirror! They immediately charged it to my PayPal card and now PayPal says it is beyond their 60 day dispute policy!

They have 188.80 of my hard earned money! We need a class action law suit or something to happen to stop the crooks from stealing from consumers!!!

I think your best recourse right now is to file a complaint with your state's Consumer Affairs dept.

I cancelled an order on two ceiling lights and wanted a refund on my money. They have not refunded my money and it has been several months. They will not reply back. They have scammed me.

I order two ceiling lights from BathKitchen Decor. They kept promising me that my lights would come next week. After two months, I told them to cancel my order and I want a refund. They have not refunded my money and it has been several weeks. I believe they have scammed me out of my money and won't refund me my money. They have lied to me several times. My order number was #BKD-130869. They should not be operating a business because they lie to customers and don't give refunds. I hope I do get my money back. DO NOT BUY from them!

Bath Kitchen Decor: Liars Crooks & Scammers!!

I have been waiting for almost a year for this co. to refund my money! $1200! I have made countless personal attempts either by email,phone calls or snail mail to contact them. Each time I spoke to someone, I was told I would receive my money no later than the end of the week! I reported BKD to BBB; their attempts were unsuccessful. I have also sent a formal complaint to the NY Attorney General's office of Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau.If you have a claim PLEASE file it with this agency! I have spoken with Rachael several times and the bureau has sent BKD two letters to no avail. In order to take BKD to court, the AG has to have a sufficient number of claims. We may not get our money back but we can make sure they don't cheat any others!

I have the same issue. They sent the wrong product, I sent back for refund and never got it.

$678.08. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BATH KITCHEN DECOR!

Order didn't arrive so I cancelled. They have not refunded my credit card. It has been 3 1/2 weeks since I requested the cancellation and refund

I placed an order online but after more than a month I had not received the pendant lights. I was told a few times they were on their way. After I didn't receive them I asked for a cancellation and refund to my credit card. They sent an email that my order was cancelled but it has been 3 1/2 weeks and they still haven't refunded my credit card. I finally had to dispute the credit card charge at my bank. This company kept saying the product was going to arrive soon and I was told my credit card would be refunded soon but it never was. Horrible company!

Bad service from start to finish

I ordered two light fixtures from BathKitchenDecor. I had to follow up several times to receive the order. Then we determined that the light fixtures were not the appropriate size so we cotacted BKD for return instructions. This took several phone calls. We finally received instructions and returned the fixtures in June and sent an email with the date and tracking number. It is now July 22 and I have placed three followup calls on the status of the refund, each time being told it would take 3-5 business days. The last conversation was that they would email a copy of the "check" that is being issued to show a refund is in process and the check is "in the mail". As of today, no email copy of the "check" 7/22 On hold with the company now.

I failed to check BBB for reviews, this company is a fraud! Over 3 months to deliver the goods purchased, no communication with customer about delay, they are up to NO GOOD!!
